I have been patiently waiting to make a quick spicy pickle dip. My girlfriend invited us over to her New Year’s Eve party this year and I get to be in charge of appetizers!! So, I am starting with this pickle dip. Best part is, only 4 ingredients, cream cheese, pickles, ham and spices.

Start with your food processor, add about 2 cups of your favorite flavored pickles. Might I recommend SuckerPunch Gourmet Spicy Garlic Pickles. They are super flavorful and have just enough of a kick that is not overpowering.

Add all of the seasoning at the bottom of the pickle jar. I was super lucky that I could find that actual chili. I recommend glancing over what you are adding, making sure you do not come across any hard pieces.  Add finely chopped ham. I highly recommend some sort of sweet ham. Give the pickles, ham and seasonings a good pulse and then add in your cream cheese. Pulse until desired consistency. Serve. Sounds simple, right? It is!

I had some friends over to taste test and they ate almost everything! Luckily, I had extra to make another batch :).
