Description
This fruit salad is summer in a bowl, paired with a wonderful mint, honey-lime dressing, you will want to make it all year long.
Ingredients

- Fruit Salad:
- 2 cups of cherries
- 2 cups of grapes
- 2 cups of blueberries
- 2 cups of raspberries
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of Fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons of mint (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Chips:
- 8 (10-inch) flour tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- cinnamon to coat
Instructions
- Fruit Salad:
- Chop berries and grapes into halves or quarters
- (blueberries and raspberries I leave whole)
- Dressing:
- Mix together mint, lime and honey well.
- Pour over salad just to coat
- Chips:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Chop flour tortillas into 4ths
- melt butter in microwave in 30 second intervals
- brush butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to both sides of the tortilla wedge
- bake for 15 minutes
