Description
These beer battered pickles are perfect for any party or get-together and take no time at all to prep.
Ingredients

- Batter:
- 1 and 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 bottle of beer ( I used a lager)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of spices from pickle jar (optional)
- 1 quart of vegetable oil
- Aioli:
- 1 cup of Mayo
- 1/2 cup of spicy bloody mary mix
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of Siracha
Instructions
- Batter:
- Take pickles out of pickle jar and pat try with paper towel (set aside)
- Mix flour, pepper, beer, and spices together until well blended
- Heat oil on stove top until temperature reaches 350 degrees
- Grab dry pickles and dip in batter and then in heated oil for about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown
- Tip: you may have to turn down the heat after awhile to get temperature back down to 350 degrees
- Aioli:
- Mix together mayonaise, spicy bloody mary mix, lime juice, siracha and pepper until well blended
