Quick Cranberry Vodka Punch

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

Christmas is so close! Hope all your planning is going well. I have been working on a menu for my Christmas Eve party this year and there are so many good options out there, I just can’t decide what to pick, so for now let’s talk drinks with this White Cranberry Vodka Punch recipe. 🙂 Although, I also try to keep in mind the crowd of people that are coming. I think this year I would like to  go for more of a laid back vibe. We will see, sometimes I just need to go to Costco and look around for inspiration. It’s my go to place for any party. Where do you get your party inspiration?

Over this past weekend I had some friends stay with us. They live in Connecticut and wanted to visit some family and I wouldn’t have them staying in a hotel, it was the perfect time to catch up! I found out that they were vodka-cranberry drinkers and so to the kitchen I went. I immediately had an idea and after a few attempts, I found a new holiday drink!

RECIPE:

The recipe is so easy! Grab a good size pitcher before your guests show up (an hour is good) add 1/2 cup of cranberries, a sprig of rosemary, orange wedges of half an orange and squeeze the juice of the other half and some ice (not much just to keep the ingredients cold). 4 cups of white cranberry juice, 2 cups of vodka and 1 cup of club soda. I also had sparkling water on hand which works just as well. Stir well and sit in the fridge as long as possible.

OPTIONAL:

If you really want to taste the rosemary, I would let it sit overnight. It tastes like Christmas in your mouth. If you decide to let it sit overnight, don’t add the club soda until just before serving.

Also, if you really want to kick it up a notch and create some warmth in the drink add a cinnamon stick to the pitcher and let that sit overnight as well. It will give you all the Christmas feels❤️?.

Have a wonderful Christmas!
