Tequila Lime Marinade

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

This quick Tequila Lime marinade is perfect for summer! I have family visiting for the week and we will be grilling up a storm. This marinade is so easy to make and allows me to prep the grill meat the night before. I can go back to entertaining my family and the food is ready for grilling the next day.

The ingredients are simple with the base being tequila, lime juice, avocado oil, and cilantro. I also add white wine vinegar, sea salt, garlic and jalapeno.

I just love the beautiful bright green color it makes and how it looks spread over meat and put in the fridge. Join me next week where I take this shrimp (shown above) and grill it up to make shrimp tacos. Yum!

I am so excited to share this recipe with you, leave a comment below when you’ve tried it! Even better send me a picture.

Enjoy!
