Description

Enjoy this juicy, delicious, crispy dish! A must have for Oktoberfest season.


Ingredients

  • 3 Butterflied pork chops
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 Cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1/2 Tablespoon fresh marjoram
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut pork chops down the middle
  2. Place pork chop under plastic wrap,on a cutting board
  3. Beat with a mallet until 1/4th inch thick
  4. Place beaten eggs into a curved plate or large bowl
  5. Place breadcrumbs, thyme, parsley and marjoram into a curved plate or bowl, mixed well
  6. Place flour into a curved plate or large bowl
  7. Add a dash of salt and pepper to flour.
  8. Heat oil to 330 degrees
  9. Dip pork chops in flour to coat, then eggs, then breadcrumbs
  10. Gently place in heated oil, 1 minute 30 on both sides or until golden brown
  11. Place on paper-toweled lined plate
  12. Serve immediately
