Ingredients

- For the Tart:
- 1 large Orange
- 1/4 cup of cranberries
- cinnamon for coating cranberries
- 1 9×9 inch sheet of frozen pastry puff
- 1/2 cup of orange marmalade
- For the Rosemary Whipped Cream:
- 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of minced fresh rosemary
Instructions
- For the Tart:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 Degrees
- Slice one large Orange thinly and remove any rind
- Wash fresh cranberries and still slightly wet, sprinkle cinnamon over cranberries to coat
- Once puff pastry is not frozen but still cold, brush with orange marmalade
- Make sure to leave one inch free around the edges
- Add one layer of your orange and place cranberries in sparse open places
- Brush again with marmalade
- Bake for 20 minutes- check on bake 10 minutes in and brush any juices to the edges to get a browning affect.
- For the Cream:
- Add cream, rosemary and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and mix until whipped.
