Have you ever tried to stuff more greens into your smoothie or shake for more nutrients? I definitely have. After a while, it was comical the amount of spinach or Kale I tried to get into that blender. Then, while talking to a doctor friend of mine, they said that powdered nutrients were the best bang for my buck. I felt silly and don’t know why I didn’t think of it on my own.
After searching for a while, I found a green super-food powder that I love!! I should mention this is not an ad, this is just what I use. Please find one that works best for you. The one I use is made by the Amazing Grass Company. They have different varieties and flavors, but I love green and want the most nutrients in one scoop, so this is what I use. Ingredients: Banana, Avocado, Pineapple, Coconut Water, Coconut Milk, protein powder, 1 scoop of any green powder of your choosing.

- 1/2 Avocado
