Description
This papaya fruit salad recipe is perfect for spring! It is a preview on what’s to come with the weather and always gets me excited for warmth and sunshine!
Ingredients

- 1 medium to large papaya
- 2 ripe mangos
- 1 small honeydew
- 1 small cantaloupe
- 6 ripe kiwi’s
- 6 ounces of red raspberries
- 1 orange
- 1 lime
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 to 3 tablespoons of honey or agave
Instructions
- Chop all large fruit (except for orange and lime) into cubes and place in a large bowl.
- Place red raspberries on top.
- Squeeze the whole lime and whole orange over top of the fruit in the bowl.
- Chop mint leaves and spread on top.
- Mix well and refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
Notes
- The amount of honey or agave will depend on the ripeness of the fruit. So taste as you go!
- Add some cubed dragonfruit for a wow factor at BBQs!
