Papaya Fruit Salad

Description

This papaya fruit salad recipe is perfect for spring! It is a preview on what’s to come with the weather and always gets me excited for warmth and sunshine!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium to large papaya
  • 2 ripe mangos
  • 1 small honeydew
  • 1 small cantaloupe
  • 6 ripe kiwi’s
  • 6 ounces of red raspberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons of honey or agave

Instructions

  1. Chop all large fruit (except for orange and lime) into cubes and place in a large bowl.
  2. Place red raspberries on top.
  3. Squeeze the whole lime and whole orange over top of the fruit in the bowl.
  4. Chop mint leaves and spread on top.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

  1. The amount of honey or agave will depend on the ripeness of the fruit. So taste as you go!
  2. Add some cubed dragonfruit for a wow factor at BBQs!
