This avocado toast pizza is so easy and fun to make, it uses a simple avocado mixture with a pre-made dough and whatever fun toppings you wish!
Easy Pillsbury pizza crust:
Here you can use the directions right on the package. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spread your dough into a raised edge baking sheet. Once the dough is spread to your liking, use a fork and poke the dough randomly before pre-cooking. Once your oven is preheated, you can place the dough in the oven and pre-bake for eight minutes. While this is baking, you can make your avocado spread.
Avocado toast spread:
Make your avocado toast spread however you normally would or if you need inspiration, here is my go-to recipe. This recipe is simply salt, avocados, apple cider vinegar, agave and cumin. Simply mix all the ingredients together and taste to make sure it’s to your liking and you don’t need to add more salt. Set your mixture aside. After you’ve pulled the crust out of the oven, spread minced garlic evenly all over the crust. Next, you ready to spread the avocado mix onto the warm pizza crust and place back into the oven to finish cooking the crust (6-10 minutes). This will vary depending on your oven, but I find that 6 minutes is plenty. This dough can get tough if it’s cooked for too long.
Final Toppings:
Once the pizza is out of the oven, let cool for 3 minutes and move to a cutting board. Now is the fun part! Add all or some of your favorite avocado toast toppings all in one place. For this recipe my toppings were…1. toasted pepitas, Cholula-mayo sauce and queso fresco cheese. 2. cilantro, pickled red onion and jalapeño. 3. red pepper flakes and agave. 4. fried egg with pickled red onion, cilantro, queso fresco and Cholula-mayo sauce.
All the toppings were amazing and the pizza was gone before you knew it. It was perfect for brunch and a side of Palomas. As we were eating it, we were already talking about new topping ideas. This was so super easy and fun to make and so fun to share with friends.

Then grab a fork and poke the dough a few times evenly throughout the dough. Once the oven is pre-heated, place the dough in the oven for 8 minutes.
Now make your avocado spread. Grab a bowl and add salt, avocados, apple cider vinegar, agave and cumin. You can use a potato masher or a fork depending on ripeness. Once the avocado mixture is finished, set aside.

I found that it was easier to score the crust with a knife into fourths, then add my 4 different toppings and then once I was ready to serve, cut into eighths. But feel free to be as creative as you want!
